We generally limit VPS to 4 additional IPv4 (5 total) except in cases where justification can prove requirement. IPv4 pricing is $2.50 USD per additional IP per month, paid at renewal time with service cost. You may order the extra ivp4 by clicking on your product->server information->Order ip addresses. The ipv4 will be added to your server right after payment. You will need to click reconfigure network and power the server off then back on for the ipv4 to bind.
