Run out room? Need more power? You can add disk space and ip addresses on the fly. No need to contact support for a simple upgrade. You are now able to add needed upgrades yourself. You can also upgrade to the next plan or ones higher. This is all automated. Once you upgrade there will be an invoice generated. Once that is paid your service is upgraded. You will need to power the service off and back on for the changes to take effect. Once your plan is upgraded it can not be downgraded. Any questions on this please open a support ticket.
