Most plans will be delivered within 3 minutes. However, they may remain in "pending" status until your order is manually reviewed by a support agent.
If your service is not up and running, there are several reasons:
- There was an error in automatic provisioning
- You entered an improper hostname. Like adding 1 or 2 instead of server.hostname.com
If your service is supposed to have automatic provisioning, is not up and running, and does not have an improper hostname contact support for assistance.
