If your service is not up and running, there are several reasons:

  1. There was an error in automatic provisioning
  2. You entered an improper hostname. Like adding 1 or 2 instead of server.hostname.com



If your service is supposed to have automatic provisioning, is not up and running, and does not have an improper hostname contact support for assistance.
